Meet Cynthia Libert, M.D.

Cynthia Libert, M.D. ("Dr. Cindy") is a board-certified family physician, Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, and expert in brain health and resilience with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She is the CEO and founder of Caring for the Body, PLLC – Center for Functional Medicine, based in Asheville, North Carolina.

Advanced Training

Dr. Cindy completed a two-year fellowship in Functional and Integrative Psychiatry and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction and Soul Care at Denver Seminary, equipping her to guide both mind and spirit.

Personal Life

Beyond her professional role, Dr. Cindy is a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, and the mother of three daughters, bringing warmth, authenticity, and lived experience into her care.

Not at all! I will guide you gently, step by step. Everything is optional and trauma-informed.

What if I can't attend live?

All participants receive access to recordings for 30 days after the retreat, so you can catch anything you missed or revisit the teachings.

Is this a medical treatment?

No, this is an educational, faith-based retreat for personal growth. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Can I bring a friend?

What if I'm not comfortable with creative activities?

Every activity is optional. You can participate at whatever level feels safe and meaningful.

Will there be follow-up support?
