Consultation Fees
We offer personalized, root-cause medical care through 1:1 visits with our integrative and functional medicine team:
Dr. Cynthia Libert, M.D.
Board-Certified Family Physician, Functional Medicine Expert & Cognitive Decline Prevention Specialist
Initial Consultation (2 hours): $1,500
Dr. Libert offers a comprehensive, whole-person evaluation for adults who want to prevent, slow, or reverse chronic disease while building resilience for the decades ahead. Her consultations focus on:
• Identifying root causes of illness and barriers to healing
• Advanced functional medicine analysis including labs, epigenetics, and biomarker testing
Personalized care plan for brain vitality and healthspan optimization
• Strategies to protect memory, balance hormones, restore metabolism, and reduce inflammation
Lifestyle interventions in nutrition, fitness, stress resilience, sleep, and detoxification pathways
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she also brings:

Follow-Up Visits: $500/hour (30-minute minimum)
Additional time: $125 per 15-minute interval

Functional Nurse Practitioner & Integrative Herbal Medicine Specialist
Initial Consultation (2 hours): $650
Kamila specializes in helping patients navigate the challenges of complex, chronic conditions with an integrative, root-cause approach. Her consultations focus on:
• Thorough review of health history, symptoms, and past medical evaluations
• Functional medicine assessment of underlying drivers such as inflammation, gut dysfunction, environmental exposures, and immune imbalance
• Support for autoimmunity, chronic infections, and metabolic conditions
• Expertise in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond
• Personalized plans incorporating clinical herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle therapies to restore balance and resilience

• Advanced training in functional medicine

Follow-Up Visits: $175 per 30 minutes
Additional time: $87.50 per 15-minute interval

Initial Consultation (50 minutes): $250
Dr. Arrington partners with clients in midlife who are motivated to make sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term health and vitality. Her functional medicine consultations focus on:
• Identifying and addressing root causes of health concerns
• Personalized lifestyle strategies for nutrition, movement, stress resilience, and sleep
• Guidance on evidence-based supplements and integrative protocols
• Clear action steps to help you build confidence and momentum toward your goals
With her background as a clinical pharmacist, Dana also offers:
• Careful review of medications and supplements to ensure safety, reduce risks, and simplify regimens
Support in blending conventional and functional medicine approaches
Follow-Up Visits: $125 per 30 minutes

Email Communications & Consent
- All members will receive essential communications related to their care and membership benefits.
- You may also choose to opt in to receive our monthly email newsletter and practice updates for wellness tips and event invitations.
Lab Testing & Supplement Policy
- Functional medicine labs help identify root imbalances and are used to guide your care. These tests are not intended to diagnose disease in the conventional sense and may not be recognized or reimbursed by all providers or insurers.
- Lab kits may be returned within 30 days if unused. A $35 restocking fee applies. Kits cannot be returned once a sample has been collected, regardless of lab submission status.
- Supplements are available for purchase but are optional. We only offer professional-grade products that meet our high standards for purity, bioavailability, and clinical effectiveness.
Phone Calls & After-Hours Care
- Calls are returned within one business day. Messages left after 4:00 PM will be returned the following business day.
- Clinical questions may require a scheduled phone consultation billed at standard rates.
- We do not provide after-hours or emergency care. For urgent needs after hours, please visit an urgent care center. In emergencies, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Legal Policy
- We do not participate in any legal proceedings or litigation on behalf of patients. If subpoenaed, advance payment for expert witness time is required. For details, refer to our full legal interaction policy.
Payment Policies
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
- A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
No fee applies to HSA/FSA cards, prepaid debit cards, or standard debit cards.
Patients are responsible for notifying our team if using an exempt card type. - Returned checks: $30 fee. Chargebacks will be turned over to collections.
